Misc: Avw-Telav is a nation-wide audio-visual company that specializes in
corporate meeting events, trade shows and exhibits. The Chicago branch is
currently looking for reliable, hard working part time and freelance help in
the lighting department. The position would involve the prep and return of
lighting orders, gear maintenance and basic shop tasks, with the potential of
related production work. This could be an excellent training opportunity for
new comers to this industry hoping to get hands on experience with some of the
latest technology in the lighting world. Basic knowledge of ETC, Leprechaun,
Color Kenetics, High End, Martin and Vari-Lite gear would be helpful, but not
necessary. Training is available for individuals who are motivated and willing
to learn. College students welcome-somewhat flexible scheduling can be
